Blue Whales

Blue Whales.Are the largest mammal ever known to have existed.The largest one ever was 108 feet in length.They feed on small crustaceans known as krill.Until the beginning of the twenieth century blue whales were in almost all oceans.Then for over forty years they were almost hunted to extinction by whale hunters known as whalers.Luckily in 1966 there was a law passed about killing blue whales.Before whaling there were the most in the Anarctic nubering about 202,000 to 311,000.
