Why does Attean choose to leave the fox alone in the trap even though it is suffering much pain?

It is because he is not aloud to touch it or take it because he is in the turtle land.

ReplyDeleteAttean said that he couldn't do things if it wasn't his tribe's land.On a tree, there was a turtle. Atten said that is the Turtle tribe's land. So he said he couldn't help the fox.Matt thoght that was tnat was bad.

Attean left the fox there even though it was struggling because he is part of the Beaver tribe and there was a turtle on the tree where they found the fox which means that only indians from the Turtle tribe could hunt there.

The fox was in turtle tribe land telling by the mark on the tree.Attean was beaver tribe so he couldn't save the fox.Besides Attean knew the fox would bite its own foot off if it had to.

Beacuse they can't hunt on the turtle clan's land, and the trap was not theirs.
ReplyDeleteAttean did not release the fox because he knew it was turtle clan land and could not hunt there.Another reason was because the fox would bite its own foot off and escape.

I think Attain left the animal while it was sufffering because it was not his land to hunt on, it was the turtle clans land so he could not interfere with the turtle clan cathes for food and skin.

Attean said that they are on the turtle land. Other tribes may not hunt for things that are not on their land.

The trap was not theirs. On one of the trees was a turtle which ment it was the turtle tribes hunting grounds. Matt was a part of the beaver tribe so he could not hunt there.

Attean did not save the fox because it was on the Turtle Tribe territory. He knew this because next to it was a tree that had a carved turtle on it. Also, he knew that the fox could chew of his leg to get free.

Because the area the fox was in the Turtle tribe's hunting ground. Attean is in the Beaver tribe. Only the Turtle tribe can hunt and get food from a Turtles area. They show that It's there area by engraving the picture of the tribes animal on a tree. Other tribe members can only make trails and walk in other tribes hunting ground. Therefore Attean can't free the fox.
